Returns & refunds
Every Introverse piece is printed just for you when you order. Outside the European Union, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

Customers in the European Union: 14-day returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, without giving a reason. Email us first at introversecontactshop@gmail.com. The item must be new: unworn and unwashed. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back. Exchanges are not offered.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?
Email us at introversecontactshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send anything back.

Lost package?
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, write to us and we'll reship it or refund you.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
